Thank you for being here. Starting therapy is a meaningful step toward healing, clarity, and deeper self-understanding. I offer a warm, collaborative space for teens, adults, and couples across California to explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape their lives and relationships.
Individuals
Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and connect more deeply with yourself. I work with teens and adults who are navigating a wide range of concerns, including:
Anxiety and stress
Trauma or difficult past experiences
Attachment wounds (i.e. unmet needs, parent with personality disorder)
Life transitions or identity questions
Relationship or family dynamics
Utilizing a variety of approaches (cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, somatic work), we will develop individual goals tailored specifically to you. Individual therapy sessions are typically weekly or bi-weekly.

Couples
Whether you're feeling disconnected, caught in recurring conflict, or simply wanting to deepen your relationship, couples therapy can help you rebuild trust and foster healthier communication. I work with couples at all stages — from dating and premarital to long-term partnerships — and support a wide range of relational concerns, including:
Communication breakdowns
Emotional distance or disconnection
Conflict and recurring arguments
Infidelity or trust issues
Life transitions (career shifts, parenting, relocation)
My role is to help both partners feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns and work toward greater understanding, emotional safety, and a stronger connection.

EMDR
I offer EMDR as an integrated part of individual therapy for clients who are seeking to heal from trauma, anxiety, or painful memories. Unprocessed traumatic memories impact our thoughts, feelings, ability to regulate emotions and manage life stressors. EMDR is a well-researched, effective approach that supports the brain in reprocessing traumatic experiences so they can be remembered without re-living the distress.
This method can be particularly helpful if talk therapy hasn’t been successful in reducing trauma-related symptoms, or if you’re seeking a more body-aware approach to emotional healing. We’ll always move at your pace and ensure you feel grounded and supported throughout the process.
